Top 400!
After exactly 2 months, we've moved into the Top 400 teams. Not bad.

Folding@HSU is a volunteer effort of Hardin-Simmons University Faculty, Staff, Students, and Alumni to contribute to the Folding@Home Project. Our stated purpose is as follows:
We are using our resources through science and computing to slowly unfold the infinite mystery of God's perfect power and creativity.
Sounds exciting, huh? If you are interested in joining the cause, check out how to join us and some useful tips help improve your folding experience. You can also learn a little background info about our effort as well while you're here.
After exactly 2 months, we've moved into the Top 400 teams. Not bad.
We added two new members to the Folding@HSU team over the weekend: anunn and seer14. That puts our membership count up to 24 total. Glad to have you old-timers on the team! ;-)
I just wanted to point out a few developments that happened recently. First, we added a few new teammates: BROG, WASHBY, and seekins. Welcome to the team, guys!
And though it really doesn't mean a whole lot, I enjoyed watching us overtake the Humanists, Atheists and Freethinkers team.
Well, we're back on track again. This time we jump 100 spots in only one month instead of two. Great job folding everyone.
Since our last milestone, I've added a new link for Protein Visualizations to our Externals sidebar and also added a little more info to the About page.
Two months after our last milestone, we finally breached the Top 600 mark. We stalled out at around rank 643 due to the new semester and work that needed to be done in the campus computer labs. But after about a week of reinstating our lab rollout, we've jumped about 50 spots. Sweet.
I also wanted to mention that we have a new contributor that I haven't seen in ages -- Fnr. Looks like he's putting up some good numbers, too. Welcome aboard, Fenner!
We've slowed down, but we're still trucking along. Great job team!
Way to go team! 800 is a major milestone because we will now have our individual team member progress tracked by the ExtremeOverClockers stats pages. Very cool stuff.
Wow! That was fast! Woohoo!
We reached an important milestone today -- we're in the Top 1000 teams now. Our stats sidebar should start updating automatically now, and I believe the EOC stats pages will start tracking individual team members now (though we have to be in the Top 800 teams for the EOC guys to show us pretty graphs for each team member)! Great work everyone!
We just recently had work units turned in by our first new recruit(s) since officially launching the Folding@HSU project. Welcome aboard, Alex & Starr!
I put this site together in the hopes that it will help inform newcomers as to what exactly we're trying to do here. I also hope it becomes a hub of information for all those that are participating. If you have any suggestions or questions about this site or Folding in general, please feel free to email cameron at endor.hsutx.edu.
